We started We Cut Media after watching the same story play out, again and again. A solo videographer or a young two-person studio takes on twelve, fifteen weddings in a season. They shoot beautifully. Then November hits and they have eight unfinished edits stacked up, brides emailing about the wedding reel they were promised in October, and a calendar full of next year's shoots already booked.
Hiring an in-house editor is too expensive when you're doing under twenty weddings a year. Freelance editors are unreliable. The bigger post houses won't quote anything reasonable. So we built the thing in the middle — a small team that learns your style, sits beside you for the whole season, and quietly clears the queue.
We picked weddings deliberately. Not real estate, not corporate, not commercial. Just weddings. Because doing one thing well is how the work stays good.
