It’s easy to get started, submit our form online, with a link to all your files on Dropbox or Google Drive. Just tell us what you want, how you want it, give an example of the work you’d like us to do, and we’ll do the rest.

There are 2 ways we can send your final edit to you. We can send it to you online or offline.

Online – We will send you a download link of the final exported video. This will be done through the video platform Vimeo. So, we’ll upload the video to the platform, send you a link, where you can download the video to your own computer. If you need extra assistance, let us know. We’ll be more than happy to help!

Offline – We will send you the actual project file, so you can re-link your original high-res footage to the project. From there, you will be able to add your own editing style (should you want to) or export it yourself to fit whatever video platform you use.

When you first submit your footage for editing, we assign your project to one of our experienced and professional video editors. If you’re happy with their services, and you continue to use us, we continue to use that same editor, for all your other projects. So, you only need to ever work with one video editor, for as long as you use We Cut Media.

All our editors are experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro.

You don’t need to pay upfront at all. Payment can be made once you’ve received your final edit, and you’ve approved of it.

If this is your first video editing job with us, and you’re not 100% satisfied with the final product, you don’t need to pay a thing! The entire process and product are free! So, don’t worry about it. We won’t ask questions, and we won’t demand any payment.

We accept payments through Stripe, TransferWise & PayPal.

There are no hidden costs. Whatever you see on our website, is what you get. Enjoy!

Not at all. You don’t need to pay for any revisions. Just let us know what it is you want to change, and we’ll make them for free.

Yes, you can! Whatever it is you need to ask them, you can ask them through Skype, and if they offer you their email address, you can email them!

If you have any video edits you’ve already done before, send us a sample. Or, if this is your first time making a video, give us an example of what style you’d like. We’ll make sure our editors match that style, so you don’t have to worry about your video edit being too different from what you’ve asked. So, if your style includes cinematic videos, we’ll create cinematic videos. If you’re creating vlogs for YouTube and social media, we’ll create vlogs for you. Whatever your style, we’ll match it, at least 95% of the way.
